Terms and Conditions – Saturn Taxis & Minibuses
- Fares can be paid in advance via credit/debit card, processed at the time of booking.
- Once confirmed, bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will be refunded, minus a £20 administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days.
- A confirmation email will be sent after payment is accepted.
- Tours with an hourly charge follow a different cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded, minus a £20 administration fee.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days.
- We cannot guarantee travel times due to traffic and unforeseen delays.
- While we aim to provide the requested vehicle, we may substitute a different vehicle if necessary.
- Sub-contractors may be used for some journeys, ensuring the same standard of service.
- Changes to booking dates/times are free if we have availability, but an administrative charge may apply for sub-contracted bookings.
- For airport pickups, up to 1 hour is allowed for clearing customs from the scheduled flight arrival time. Delays beyond 1 hour will incur a waiting charge of £20 per hour, along with the car parking charges.
